  2. Why not fat free cheese? Is the reduced fat a personal preference? It kinda melts like shit but the macros are nice (45 cal/9 G protein per serving). Definitely gonna try this one. Another solid video bro.

  3. Couple of suggestions and this looks good. 1) Use fresh organic potatoes. Frozen ones typically will have seed oils, dextrose and preservatives added and cost more. All no good for you. 2) Grate your own cheese. Tastes a lot better, costs less and you skip the cellulose.

  4. Nooooo. No such thing as reduc fat. Or fat freeeee… 😂😂😂 thats sad poor mans living on hopes wishes, and .05cents of pooor sadness… I'm sorry if being fit= depressed. We should just all eat the round. AIM FOR THE BACK OF THE BACK KIDS
