We sat down for a full French dinner at Chez Mo, and this was not a quick meal.
From a pre-meal beer and tapenade to a lighter rock fish soup, a standout seafood choucroute, and a classic crêpe dessert, this meal unfolded slowly over nearly two and a half hours. French dining is a marathon, not a sprint, and this dinner was a perfect example of that rhythm.
The highlight was the Choucroute de la mer, a seafood take on the traditional sauerkraut dish, featuring smoked haddock, salmon, prawns, and mussels, finished with a champagne sauce. It was the dish that truly delivered.
