This extra cheesy garlic bread is going to blow your mind. Here’s how to make it.

Step 1: Make the Compound Butter
Add room temperature butter, roasted garlic, minced garlic, pepper, chopped parsley, chili flakes, and a little olive oil to a food processor.

Cover and pulse until everything is well combined.

Step 2: Prep the Bread
Using a day-old loaf of bread is best for this recipe; just make sure it’s a good, crusty loaf. Slice in half lengthwise and coat the insides with a little olive oil.

Use a spatula to spread a thick layer of the roasted garlic compound butter on each half.

Step 3: Add the Cheese
Add equal parts shredded cheddar, provolone, mozzarella, muenster, asiago, parmesan, and romano cheeses to a bowl. Top with a little pepper, red pepper flakes, and parsley before tossing together.

Add your cheeses directly to the buttered bread before baking/toasting/airfrying at 400º until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

This recipe is absolutely to die for, so easy to make, and the perfect addition to any meal. You need to make it ASAP.

  1. Listen I have friends that are all races and Italians included and when I tell you if you don't have one get one they are great ppl. My neighbors 3 houses down invite me to Sun dinner every Sunday. And they would make bread just like this fresh. 6 course meals every Sunday. I would go home with 3 big ass take home boxes. They moved here from Staten Island and Naples. And yes the way they make food in Italy 🇮🇹 the taste is very different than eating Nasty ass Olive Garden. Everything was freshly made that day. And don't ever turn down an invite it's disrespectful. But hell I'm never turning down some eatin.

  2. This is exactly how I make it home just with a slightly different blend of cheeses, super easy and mindless recipe but hits everytime

  3. Chef Mike being a big cheese lover this would be my to go meal… Describing the various cheeses that you're incorporating into the bread my mouth was watering so much.. you would think it was raining.. like it currently is in Southern California LOL.. I was admiring your cheese combination I'm going to use the exact same ones.. like you said you wish everyone of us can smell it… Having an overworked imagination the smell is great.. The taste is even better.. happy holiday 👕

  5. I live in florida, my mom lives in toledo. I told her she should go make the drive to try you guys out. She said there's no way in hell shes driving into Detroit 😮‍💨

  6. My grandmother used to always say add garlic until you think you may have added just little too much. Then add a little more, and you're good.

  7. Your Hawaiian sweet roll French toast was off the freaking hook! My family absolutely loved it! But I used Vermont maple syrup.

  8. Bro that could be the best homemade pizza though. Put some seasoned sauce and and a protein if you’d like but it’s not necessarily needed. I bet it’ll be slammin.
