For a long time, Nashville’s wine scene has been pretty lackluster. But, thanks to a few new spots, and some old favorites, that has all changed.🍷
I’m defining a wine bar as a place whose primary drink focus is wine. They may sell beer and cocktails, but that’s not why people go there.
So, here are Nashville’s best wine bars. Unfortunately for West Nashville, these are all in East (with one Germantown outpost). The West side is really going to need to step it up.
Are there any that I missed? ✨
🍷 Bad Idea – an elegant, elevated experience with a Michelin-recognized sommelier and award winning food.
🍷 Butterlamp – go for the wine, stay for the bread
🍷 Sauced – no menu; just let them know what you like and they will help you craft the perfect pour.
🍷 The Authentique – authentic French wine. Reservations recommended.
🍷 Urban Cowboy – the interior bar at Urban Cowboy, it’s perfect for reading a good book or having an intimate conversation.
🍷 Love & Exile – an urban winery (the former name of Love & Exile) everything here is good.
