Medicine is the same way. Overworked interns, doctors and nurses are leaving in droves because the training is too long and expensive. We aren’t even training good or skilled doctors, just the ones who can make it through the grinder and willing to limit people’s care and medically gaslight for insurance companies 🤦🏾

Damn I'm a fine dining chef for years too and we never clean the floor nor emptying/cleaning the frier. That is literally what kills you in the long run.

These long days is why I got out of the industry. Now I have time for me and my family and more money than I though I'll ever have.
