    This business woman is a perfect fit for the Monaco scene. She would not sit or fit so well in Dubai, which is brash and "over-the-top". The Monaco style is very much part of her pedigree. In this sense, if one shares a similar character and frame of mind then Monaco is for you. If you want extrovert, brash and sort of "crazy" then head to Dubai.
