The best mulled wine recipe…
or what I like to call it, my winter soup 🍷🥣
Europe has been doing this forever; Germany calls it Glühwein, the Nordics say Glögg, the French go with Vin Chaud, Italians serve Vin Brulé, and the Greeks sip Krasomelo. Different names, same vibe, spiced wine that makes winter way more tolerable.
This is not a fancy recipe. This is a throw everything in a pot, let it do its thing, and suddenly you’re hosting energy.
Save this for your next cold night, tag the friend who would 100% drink this by the mug, and tell me, red mug or wine glass?
