French dip sandwich DRIPPINGG with flavor. 👅🔥 From start to finish you can brown, deglaze, roast, and nail the perfect French Dip sandwich with the Sync Ovens built-in Sync thermometer

Ingredients
For the Beef Roast:
1 whole beef tenderloin
3 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp rosemary leaves
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Worcestershire for depth

For the Jus:
2 cups beef broth
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp red wine
Drippings from the tenderloin

For the Chive-Horseradish Butter:
1 Tbsp creamed horseradish
2Tbsp salted butter
2 tsp chives (finely chopped)

1 French loaf
1 pack of provolone slices
2 Tbsp salted butter

Steps
1. Place your cast iron pan into the Sync Oven. Set the Sync Oven to Roast at 400°F whilst you prepare the rest.
2. Pat your tenderloin very dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil and Worcestershire sauce and season it generously with your salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and rosemary.
3. Remove the cast iron and sear all sides of the tenderloin. Remove the tenderloin and add in the vegetables from the Jus to cook as well. Add the red wine to deglaze the cast iron, scooping all the little bits at the bottom of the pan. Add the rest of the ingredients for the Jus in and place your tenderloin on top.
4. Remove the built-in thermometer stationed on the top of the Typhur Sync Oven and insert it into the thickest part of the tenderloin. Select “Beef” and “Medium-Rare” for Doneness. Start the cook!
5. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients for the Chive-Horseradish butter.
6. Slice the french loaf open horizontally, but not completely in half! Butter each side with your seasoned butter well then lay down your roast beef slices. Top it generously with your provolone. Place your sandwich back into the Typhur Sync Oven and Air Fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4 minutes, enough for the cheese to melt and the bread to crisp slightly.
7. Serve it up with your delicious Jus.
