7-COURSE ASIAN/FRENCH INFLUENCED DINNER
We are back with a little BTS from a dinner we had curated back in May.
Mixing my French culture to some of my favourite Asian countries classic dishes.
This type of activation are my cup of tea as I am given a theme and then get Carte Blanche with menu ideation and execution.
The client also want every dish to be paired with wine, so I work closely with a sommelier to make sure the wine she chose work with each dish.
