FOODEX JAPAN is one of Asia’s largest food and beverage exhibitions held annually in Tokyo. It marks its 50th anniversary in 2025 with the launch of a wine exhibition, FOODEX WINE.

This time in France, up-and-coming culinarian Terada Keiichi explores a family winery in Burgundy that balances tradition with innovation, and a winery cooperative in the Rhone Valley that uses meticulously selected grapes to produce exceptional wines. Through these journeys, we delve into the wine-making craft that makes France the land of wine par excellence.
