Why Marseille, France’s sunny port city, is a must-visit destination for foodies:
1. The Legendary Bouillabaisse – Marseille is the birthplace of bouillabaisse, the iconic Provençal fish stew that food lovers travel across the world to taste.
2. A Seafood Paradise – Thanks to its famous fish market and scenic shoreline, Marseille offers some of the freshest seafood in Europe.
3. Historic Bakeries and Timeless Flavors- Wander through Marseille’s charming streets and you’ll find artisanal bakeries that have been perfecting their recipes for centuries.
4. Mediterranean Flavors – Marseille’s cuisine is deeply influenced by its Provençal roots and its rich Mediterranean heritage.
Here are the best French foods you have to try if you visit Marseille:
🇫🇷 Orange blossom boat shaped biscuits known as Navettes best tried at the ancient bakery La four des Navettes
🇫🇷 Black ice cream with a secret ingredient is a Marseille specialty. You can try this black ice cream @vanille_noir_officiel
🇫🇷 Bouillabaisse is best enjoyed over two indulgent courses @restaurant_le_miramar
🇫🇷 You can’t visit Marseille and not try a pretty madeleine from one of the bakeries in the quirky Panier neighbourhood @lamadeleinedupanier
🇫🇷 Marseille is full of amazing seafood restaurants. We loved our moules frites @coquille_bistrotmarin

I live your channel so much just discovered it. Your commentary is so refreshingly calming
tasty
LOL I hate to break it to you but all the spots you went to are spots we from Marseille avoid going to because those are typical tourist spots. The Miramar is a good spot but it is not the somewhere I would go to. They are way better spots as a Foodie 😉
