Ingredients:
Makes 10-12 Eclairs:
For the Custard cream Filling:
2 Egg yolk
1/3 cup Sugar
3 tbsp Custard powder or Corn flour
1/5 cup Milk
2 tbsp Butter
pinch of salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract

For the choux pastry :
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Butter (50g)
1/2 cup maida (70g)
pinch of Salt
2 tsp Sugar
2 Eggs

Chocolate ganache :
1/4 cup Chocolate chips
1/4 cup cream

Bake at 375F/190C for 23-23 min
Turn off the Oven and leave the door open and let it sit for another 15-20 min
