    I'm glad to see a home owned by a wealthy person who can afford to hide their TV's from view while they're not watching and does. I think big, black, TV's, stuck on walls, ruin the ambience of a room.

    Albeit, TV's shouldn't be placed in formal, living rooms as is the case w/this home (hidden from view or not). They should be placed in the family room.

    Enjoyed the video/viewing of this apartment. Although I can appreciate the refurbishment IS paying homage to the original art deco styling, some of the dark wood panelling (especially in the upstairs guest bedroom areas) seems a little too 'overbearing', and inturn, makes the hallways & bedrooms in that area too enclosed and smaller, IMO !!

    Its cool until you wanna park your rolls-royce in front of the prada store and realize, that you cant drive into the main city anymore, because cars are forbidden there und if you find a parking spot you have to pay a disrespectully high amount for it, cause the "bad" SUVs are destroying the world haha. France is just a joke

    You gave an outstanding tour of the property. Your curiosity and passion for the history and design work were wonderful. I loved the interior village and the parking garage! The apartment is such a work of art, compared to the sterile boxes they build in New York these days. The only design flaw i saw was the recessed bed in the primary with no room for side tables next to the bed. Otherwise, it was almost too beautiful, like a movie set of Paris in the 30's.
