Tonight’s pour brings us something bold, rustic, and wonderfully grounded. Champs de Foin Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in the sun-soaked vineyards of southern France, opens with rich aromas of blackberry, cassis, plum, and a hint of spice and toasted vanilla from gentle oak aging.
On the palate, it’s smooth and medium-bodied with juicy dark fruit, light tannins, and a clean dry finish — an easy-drinking Cab that still carries structure and warmth.
Pair it with grilled steak, lamb chops, hearty winter stews, roasted veggies, or a sharp cheddar and charcuterie board. A perfect Advent night red with French countryside character. 🍷✨

Great review. Out cork also broke :/ We got vanilla and dark fruit on the nose. On the plate light spice and fruit but fades really fast.
