That takes practice but is crucial because the whole exercise depends on deflating your lungs so there is room in your thoracic cavity for your diaphragm to pop up there.8.once the airs all out just think up and back with your stomach.if you successfully retract you will see your waste lose 6 inches instantly in the mirror..9 the benefits come from multiple contractions and releases per exhalations and single isometric contractions because it actively conditions and strengthens your diaphragm like nothing else can.your diaphragms the heart of your core stabilization and breathing .10.after a week or two of daily short sessions your ability to focus and isolate your recti and will let you perform Nauli which is the twisting wave like movement belly dancers do.Thats good for you two as it gets blood flow going in all your organs but for strength ,stability and appetite control just a few minutes a day and when ever youre hungry
