Sweet Potato Cobbler: Thank you Mandy!
3 Sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 C. sugar
2 T Flour
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ginger
1 T Vanilla
1 1/2 C. water
2 sticks of butter
2 refrigerated pie crusts

Preheat oven to 350. Layer the sweet potatoes in a 9×13 casserole dish. Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon and ginger. Pour over sweet potatoes. Mix together vanilla and water, and pour over the sugar mixture. Melt butter and pour on top, reserving a little bit to brush on top of crusts. Cut the pie crusts in long strips, and arrange on top in a weave pattern. Brush the crusts with the remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Pecan Pie Dip: Thank you Emily!
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
3 TBS BUTTER
1/3 CUP KARO SYRUP
1 EGG
(WHISKED AND REMOVE FROM HEAT WHILE YOU WHISK IT IN)
2 TBS VANILLA
1 CUP PECANS
PINCH OF SALT

CHEESECAKE LAYER:
1- 8OZ PACKAGE OF SOFTENDED CREAM CHEESE
1/2 CONTAINER OF COOL WHIP
1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
MIX UNTIL SMOOTH

Potato Stacks:
For the garlic herb butter:
½ C unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp salt
Black pepper to taste

For the Potato Stacks:
yellow or Yukon Gold potatoes, sliced 1/16” thick
12 small sprigs of fresh thyme
½ C grated parmesan cheese
Neutral oil for brushing muffin tin
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 mins. Take them out and flip them, let them cook an additional 10 minutes.

Peanut butter pie recipe
1 8 oz block cream cheese softened
1 cup creamy OR crunchy peanut butter (your choice)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 16 oz container of cool whip divided
1 graham cracker or oreo pie crust

Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and 8 oz of cool whip together using electric mixer or Bunkey arm power. Poor into pie crust and top with remaining cool whip. Freeze for a few hours to set. Let sit out at room temp for at least 30 min- 1 hour when ready to serve. Garnish with shaved chocolate if desired:)

  2. Cook your “boiled” eggs in your air fryer, they peel very easy. Preheat air fryer on 270, cook eggs for 16 minutes in 270, remove to an ice bath to cool then peel. Has worked great for me.

  3. After I cook my eggs, I drain the water then put the lid back in the pan and shake it until the eggs crack, then put them in your ice bath and they will peel for you every time with no problem. The water gets into the eggs which makes it easy. Plus you made a beautiful cooked egg.

  4. Jessica, when yall make your pecan pie filling, I put all my ingredients in to include the egg and mix together well and then bring it up to heat. That way you don’t have to worry about that egg scrambling. I do this multiple times a year. It works.

  5. I say the sweet potato casserole is a side dish because you need something sweet to offset the saltiness in the dinner. Umami at best. Or savory deliciousness.

  6. I love your videos & recipes & you both in the kitchen doing things together. Some men in the kitchen seem phony to me & I fast forward through them but I see that you & Bunkey are the real deal. Thanks for all the great trips you take us on, shopping, etc. Must loved.

  7. The best way to get a perfect hard boiled egg is use the air fryer put the eggs in, air fryer at 270degreese for 17 min perfect every time, Happy Thanksgiving yall God Bless ❤

  8. In your sweet potatoe cobbler, you in no way came remotely close to 1 T that you said and the recipe calls for!

  9. My friend from Norway taught me how to make the sweet potatoes similar to yours – but — I leave skins on and scrub them, slice them and lay them in a casserole dish. I then sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, clove, ginger, nutmeg, orange zest (or orange extract), vanilla all over the top. Then slice up butter and lay them on top of the mixture and bake. Stir as the butter melts and cook until fork tender. So good and easy.
