Holandaise sauce… ❤️ you are the best!

– 1 egg yolk
– 6tbsp melted butter
– pinch of salt
– pinch of white pepper
– 1 to 2 tsp lemon juice depending on your preference

To a double boiler add your egg yolk, pinch of salt, pinch of white pepper and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Slowly add melted butter a tablespoon at a time, mix to incorporate each time.
Heat and stir until it has thickened. Enjoy!
