I think Cynthia Erivo just therapized me by connecting my adverse feelings towards accepting help/love or compliments, or even realizing it’s there, then note recognizing it, feeling weird accepting anything and feeling most comfortable or safer functioning without. And also with love comes the possibility of loss so I stay away.. 😂
