The simplicity of this dish makes it one of my all time favorites, great with aioli aswell but just the mussels and fries are to die for.
What I have never understood is why the French don’t seem to like clams done this way. Six times to Paris and have never seen them on a menu. Razor clams yes, Manillas never.
