  1. I'm so happy to see you making Hollandaise sauce. I really like it, but can never find it. Now I can make my own. When I was in my 20s I went on a date to a VERY fancy restaurant and asked my waiter if I could have Hollandaise with my steak. He said he didn't think they had it, but would ask the chef. Came back and said OUR chef has never even HEARD of Hollandaise…I was so surprised. It was open seating, so the few tables around me could hear everything, and I felt a little embarassed. I guess I insulted the chef by asking – I've wondered if he just refused to make it because I wanted sauce on the steak, LOL.

  2. I looked at the knorr’s hollandaise sauce,, but it’s so full of starches and chemicals. I was really shocked by it almost bought it two days ago.

  3. I’m convinced we’d be best friends irl. She makes up for all the garbage “creators” like Food Dudes, Jane Brain, and Carol Elaine

  4. I make a similar French toast casserole on Christmas but use eggnog instead of milk and a vanilla brioche bread (from Walmart bakery section). I also drizzle a cream cheese frosting and some powdered sugar over top instead of using syrup. It's so good and a huge crowd pleaser. Can't wait to make it this year.

  5. I'm loving these Christmas morning breakfast recipes!🤩
The breakfast enchiladas is a "Why haven't we thought of this before" recipe!😘
I'm not really fond of breakfast sausage so I'm thinking about using just regular ground meat. Either that or just cut up bacon or even chopped up ham! And I really think corn tortillas would really be good!
I'm thrilled to see Eggs Benedict in these breakfast casserole recipes!😚 I'll miss the poached eggs but that's understandable since it's a casserole!
I've used the hollandaise packets before and they're great and much easier to make! (Yes I've made it from scratch and it worked just fine but there's no guess work with the great packets)
Of course all the other recipes look incredible but I'm most excited to try the two that I mentioned!☺️
In fact, I was just thinking about making a casserole to eat on now! It will last several days and I'm sure I can freeze part of it!
Like many others, I love breakfast and could eat it any time of day or night!😍
These give me a lot of choices and I'm anxious to try them!😁
Thanks for sharing more amazing recipes!!!🥰

  6. I feel like wearing white while cooking is such a flex 💪 One day I hope to be half as good as you in the kitchen! Thanks for the amazing content. You’ve given me so much confidence 🙌 I use to dust my stove and now I’m cooking every day ❤

  7. I mean, I like cooking and baking all by myself, not sure, if we even do cinnamon rolls in the packets like you do over there..?!? But I’m looking if we have them, cuz nothing beats a quick version especially for Christmas time! One can’t spend days in the kitchen anymore.. thanks 😊 this old lady is quite pleased with some new ideas ❤

  8. These all looked delicious and in the past I have done a couple of these. In fact I just made a variation of the first one for company yesterday. The very best thing about these videos is her wonderful personality! She is fantastic!😊❤

  9. Your recipes are not exactly healthy, not the sort of cooking I normaly do. However if I went to someone's house who was serving these dishes I would gobble them up.

  10. I was convinced I was going to do the Enchilada one for Christmas morning – then you made the Eggs Benedict one! Decisions, Decisions! Love your videos! My absolute favorite!

  11. Nicole is the best. She doesn't drag it out…she gets to the point, puts it all together and doesn't waste time. She's just so real. Love her little comments. When she kicks the oven door to close it…let's be real, we all do that!!

  12. I love to cook but my adult daughter does it begrudgingly to feed herself and her roommates. I showed her your channel because it’s not intimidating and anyone can make these. She subscribed immediately. Mama didn’t raise no fool!

  13. I would’ve tossed the rest of the hash-browns in as well… I like how you think.
    😂😉👍🏼
Adding jalapeño, or even finely chopped green onion (instead of the sweet onion), as well… for a little curb appeal, with a little color.

  14. Can you redo these but add low sugar not fake sugar tho, and add protein to make them all healthier! Thank youuuuu

  15. Everything looks so good, makes me hungry. Save your bacon grease for making French toast in the frying pan, instead of butter, try some salt instead of syrup…so yummy. Keep kicking that oven door…lol.

  16. At 13:30 mark of video…. why is the "Canadian bacon" called ham in Canada?

Which province in Canada calls this bacon? I am 56 years young and from the Atlantic coast, and I have never heard of this as "bacon". The strips of bacon 🥓, is what my family called bacon.
Must be Ontario or Quebec, because they are the weird ones in our country.

oh and P.S. everything looked smashing and I will be choosing one or 2 of them this holiday.
