You should rename this: "Simple Eggnog French Toast"
Have you ever tried melted vanilla ice cream? It is a real treat.
To reduce the annoyance of cinnamon floating at the top or sticking to the sides of the bowl, make it the 1st ingredient added. 2nd should be vanilla extract. You can make a sorta paste/roux with just those two things that'll make for less irritation after you mix in the other ingredients
