On Thursday, November 6th, Maxwell-Baynes Real Estate had the pleasure to host the opening of the exhibition “Ici, le temps s’arrête” presented by Galerie REVEL at their Christie’s International Real Estate agency in Bordeaux.
This solo exhibition by Stephen Price immerses visitors in a world where color, light, and material become instruments of a silent quest: that of presence, memory, and harmony between humans and nature 🌿✨
Through his paintings—often inhabited by solitary figures—clearings, woods, and bodies of water become poetic refuges where time seems suspended.
His mastery of acrylic, charcoal, oil, and pastel creates deep, vibrant textures, giving each work a meditative intensity that captivates both the eye and the emotions.
The evening was also elevated by our partner Moon Harbour distillery, a Bordeaux-based distillery, whose spirits, marked by subtlety and authenticity, offered guests a unique and refined sensory experience✨
