(I added the chopped onion, buttery steakhouse seasoning and 1 Tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce.)

I make the sauce for your chicken casserole featured here, using just the cream of chicken soup, but I mix it with a head of chopped fresh broccoli and put it in a casserole dish, topped with buttered crumbs. Yes, curry powder is a must. I'll try your way with chicken.
