What is the name of the restaurant? Gorgeous. I would love to go to the oeuf en meuerette competition. One of my favorite dishes.
It's hard to believe such places exist. So beautiful. The market is incredible. I'd gain 100 pounds in a week. 😁

We have stayed in a village near Joigny in Burgundy a few times. Our lovely French friend, Maude, was a great cook, like you. She grew all her own fruit and vegetables. We remember her trout with sorrel sauce was delicious !
