Belgium blue mussels in tomato sauce

I thought that I would share with not just qigong, or meditation videos but a few of my late masters favourite foods that he used to cook for his students.

Prepare your ingredients
– 4 short stalks of celery
– A good amount of parsley
– Garlic
– French onions
– Honey
– Chilli powder
– Red wine
– Tomato-based sauce
– Generous amount of Belgian blue mussels
– Butter
– Olive oil

Get a pot, add butter, add the French onions, and garlic.

Add red wine, bring to a quick boil, add the celery and tomato base.

Tin the soup base and add the mussels, add chilli and honey to taste.

Test the mussels and ready to serve!
