The Espresso Martini recipe was first created by Dick Bradsell in the 1980s. It was originally made with Wyborowa, a Polish rye-grain vodka, and Kahlua, a rum-based coffee liqueur, with fresh espresso and a touch of simple syrup for sweetness. It’s popularity has exploded, especially in Australia, over the past 5-10 years and has inspired countless riffs.

INGREDIENTS
– 2 oz / 60 ml vodka
– 0.5 oz / 15 ml coffee liqueur
– 1 oz / 30 ml espresso
– 0.25 oz / 7.5 ml simple syrup
– Garnish: 3 coffee beans

  1. I like my Espresso Martinis dense and chocolatey so i swap the simple and Espresso Shot of Kahlua and 2 dashes of Coco bitters.

  2. I have no idea why my boss doesn’t let me put S syrup or this amount of the ingredients because every costumer complains about it but 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

  3. I recommend using the recipe that’s on the mr black coffee liqueur bottle you used. It’s actually pretty good and ya only need 3 ingredients

  4. I’ve also played around with the ratios, too. You can sub 1 oz of cognac too, instead of straight vodka. Or, if vodka isn’t your thing, do more coffee liqueur and the cognac. Works pretty well for me.

  5. looks like that dude mr black is in all of these coffee liqueur cocktail videos 🤨😐

  6. Hey there! I hope you're doing great. I wanted to reach out to you because I have a question regarding the perfect drink for my next gig as a musician. You see, I don't want to get drunk while I'm performing, but I also want something that will keep me energized and in the right mindset to play without getting sleepy.

So, I've been thinking of a formula to create a drink that fits my requirements. I have 24 oz of total drink to work with, and here's what I'm envisioning: a concoction that will give me a boost of energy and a bit of a mood lift without affecting my performance negatively.

If you have any suggestions or recipes that you think would fit the bill, I would greatly appreciate it. I trust your opinion, and I know you have quite the knack for mixology. Looking forward to your advice. Cheers!

  7. Can I make my own syrup with water and sugar on a low boil? Already half drunk and Iver coke and vodka

  8. How'd you get that nice foam after shaking it not so vigorously? When I make them without cream or foamer like you did I find it difficult to get a nice foam without shaking it very vigorously. Did you just omit to say you added foamer? Or does the coffee liquor contain an agent especially chosen for foaming espresso martinis properly?

  9. So basically its not a martini at all? Its just called that because of rhe glass + it sounds nice.

  10. Don't use Diffords drink guide. The guy who runs it made some snotty remarks about Christianity, then deleted it and made a snotty apology something like "sorry you believe in something that isn't true."

  11. These have really grown on me- still, I have a hard time rationalizing it as being called a "Martini"…but good is good!

  12. I watch porn daily and still be clapping a rotation and working on myself and working 50 hours a week it’s just an excuse for these guys😂

  13. One of my absolute favorites!
I like to use bourbon instead of vodka, it adds another flavor profile that just WORKS

  14. So 2x with the vodka idk I’ve never been good with math lol it looked like u did it ones but I noticed the camera did a shift so u might’ve poured vodka twice haha 😭🫶🏾helpppp x

  15. That is the WEAKEST cocktail shaking I have ever seen in my life. Were both your hands broken or something? Lame
