  2. I nearly always make extra mash and freeze it to use on cottage/sheperds pie so could easily do any of your dishes and it would be all homemade, definitely would not buy ready made mash. Great recipes though ❤❤

  4. Nicole, I'm ready for some more coffee creamer recipes so here are my suggestions for this year. How about salted Carmel creamer? Chocolate covered cherry would be awesome! Kahlua coffee creamer! I love coconut so how about almond joy creamer? Butterfinger creamer would be really amazing!

  8. I've just come upon your channel and have been watching watching then non stop for over a week now. So many ideas and different ways of doing things. With celiac, i can't eat a number of these recipes. I can use some alternatives, but they're not the best really. Bread is the big one and pasta. It's just different. I did find hoisin sauce gf though and that was a helper for Asian recipes you aired.
    Do you ever show gf ideas on your show?
    Anyway, love your channel and like to incorporate what I am able. Love your little antedotes at the end of your shows…. like….i need a nap after making 5 meals and eating 5 dishes. You're cute! 💕

  13. I always wondered why most westerners say potatoes take a long time to cook, of course they don't use pressure cooker. I pressure cook my potatoes(10 mins )!, I mash in the ricer give minutee, add spices like cumin powder, coriander powder etc to it . Knead a dough while the potatoes are cooking.Let it rest for 5 mins. Then stuff the potatoes mixture inside dough balls . Flatten and roll out into discs, cook on a griddle. Voilà your aloo paratha is ready.
