After I cook it, I dice it and have em in tacos with cilantro, onions and green sauce. I don't really like the stuff but i get a craving for it every once in a while.
This is extremely good for u if u don't add the butter and all that and just cook the liver and eat the onion raw but I'm just saying , the food u made looks delicious anyway

I grew up in the Scottish version of this. Which was liver cooked via blowtorch for 6 hours straight out the freezer. Still liked it

I soak mine in milk over night and cook on low heat and it comes out so tender you can cut it with a fork. my wife loves it.
