  1. my grandma likes it burnt so i guess i like it burnt too. also we dont do that soaking thing 😂

  2. After I cook it, I dice it and have em in tacos with cilantro, onions and green sauce. I don't really like the stuff but i get a craving for it every once in a while.

  3. This is extremely good for u if u don't add the butter and all that and just cook the liver and eat the onion raw but I'm just saying , the food u made looks delicious anyway

  4. I grew up in the Scottish version of this. Which was liver cooked via blowtorch for 6 hours straight out the freezer. Still liked it

  5. As I write this, there are 8.5K comments, most of them from people who like liver and onions!

I've only known around 5 or 6 people, including me, that like it!

    I'm glad we're not alone!

  6. liver should not have a bitter taste or after taste. if thats the case than its low quality medicated meat. u should only get fresh grassfed liver

  7. This guy is such a dweeb. At leadt he's got some hair now, that bald head was a bad look. I couldn't even watch.

  8. This guy does it right. He doesn't overcook the liver. Most people do.
His addition of sherry vinegar is also smart.
Makes me want to make it soon. ❤

  9. I soak mine in milk over night and cook on low heat and it comes out so tender you can cut it with a fork. my wife loves it.

  10. What biiter taste are you talking about? Liver is sweet. Maybe its the metallic taste since it stores minerals and sugars there.
