The cheese course is always so awkward
This time your eating skill is improve, food look delicious, enjoy your video.
poached halibut looked dated and rather gross. was it nice?
How can one enjoy such a great meal with this awfully and extremely loud background noise🤔🥴😡
I think the food and the presentations looked quite outdated…?
That to old school no soul boring juste taste good poor in style 1970 style shame
3:50 how long did the cook torture that fish?
stuck in the 70s
I’m there for the vin juane. Very balanced menu as expected.
If I may ask, what was the duo of game meat? One looked like either venison or ostrich loin, but I can't tell exactly what the lighter colored offering was. Wild boar, perhaps?
The food is very beautiful, but the use of cutlery is terrible and the way the food is eaten is messy, which spoils the food.
That looks superb. Half the price of the Fat Duck and four times as good. The foie gras and the game dishes looked particularly good. Great to see a lone diner being treated like royalty too.
As an aside, while a full restaurant is never quiet, your camera seems to pick up a lot more background noise than I am used to eating in restaurants. Maybe that's my poor hearing, or just that when one is there in person one's brain can filter out the background chatter better?
The food look delicious 😋👍❤️ and yummy is delicious and yummy 😋👍❤️ when I went to this restaurant I always for a window seat the riverside and the whole view is beautiful thank you so much for sharing the beautiful video @ Gourmet B Gourmet 👍👍😀😀🌹🌹❤️❤️😋😋👍👍❤️❤️
How light I feel after dropping the bill figure….
Its noisier than in the Hofbräuhaus
It’s like it’s frozen in time, 1985 !
@3:46 they couldn't give you a proper knife?
2:33 Un foie gras servi mal déveiné dans un trois étoile Michelin !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VOUS PLAISANTEZ OU QUOI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! C'est choquant et scandaleux !!!
old school
That is a beautiful menu with beautiful food The WaterSide Inn Restaurant and thank you so much for sharing your beautiful video @ Gourmet B Gourmet 👍👍😀😀♥️♥️
Bizarre how this place has 3 stars. i think its because of the history and setting that it retains them. Light years behind the other 3 stars in the UK and id put a few 1 stars above it too.
a lot of food
Still garnishing the Souffle with mint in 2022, its not the 80's
It's really bugging me that you don't take a little bit of everything and make it into a perfect bite vs just eating parts of the dish by itself 😂. Please combine them together. Its meant to go together otherwise its not balanced in flavour. Love your videos
Alain Roux is no nonsense chef I think he's better than Ramsay or White or Heston
This doesn’t deserve 3 stars in my opinion, and not for a long time. I think its political. Presentation is very poor, foie is over cooked and still got veins. A friend went recently and sent me pictures and it looks like they just don’t care anymore. Can’t comment on the taste and I’m sure it’s good but not close to the standards of other 3 stars. Also agree with the comment about you eating each element individually rather than together, drives me crazy in your videos lol. I do love your channel though and think its a great insight for people who can’t experience this to the frequency that you do. Keep it up
Why not get real English eople to wait on.why all the broken English waiters
The fun part is The Fat Duck is 2 minutes walk from The Waterside Inn. Both have 3 Michelin Stars. I was fortunate to be the Head Footman at Cliveden House in its hay day and all 3 of our places worked together!
The size of that fucking roid vein in the foie tho🤮😭😂 I've got damm near PTSD from the tiniest veins being left in. For a 3 star that's ridiculous 😂
It’s such a shame you didn’t choke on your foie gras
Ne pas manger de poisson sauf s'il provient de bassins remplis d'eau des Alpes (la mer est sale)
Went there for wedding anniversary; yeah, all very nice, but friggin’ expensive for what you get.
