  3. I will definitely have to try this. I usually make just the egg loaf recipe and add almond flour in it for the bread texture and put the cut pieces in the skillet with some butter to get that same pan fried texture. This looks delicious

  5. I’m obsessed with these simple dessert hacks 😅 but my energy always crashed after eating them. Then I saw people online talking about EatWell Reset Menu, so I tried it out. Now my sweet recipes taste even better and my body actually feels light after. It’s crazy how good food can be when it finally works with you.

I started swapping my weekend treats for recipes from the book and somehow dropped 12 lbs without trying. Still can’t believe it.

  7. I made it and unfortunately it was very bland. I had to throw it away. I will try cream cheese next time to see if that makes a difference. I am concerned though about the carbs in cornstarch.

  9. Cornstarch, vanilla yogurt, and maple syrup are all high in sugar and/or carbs, so I don’t know how this can be low carb/keto? 🤔
