Did you clean up the dripping neutral glaze on those lemon tarts? It seems odd that there would be beautiful tarts in a case with dripping glaze that I'm guessing you cleaned up and made beautiful? I'm in awe just imagining how much effort it takes to get up early in the morning and the responsibility, and amount of self-discipline, logic that running a pastry shop in Paris entails. Thrilling and scary at the same time! I wouldn't get hired in the first place, let alone fired! 😂
