What starts as a classy French cooking attempt quickly turns into chaos. In this episode of Sons of Sam we take on Steak au Poivre (Pepper Steak), the peppery, cream-sauced classic – but with a twist that was perhaps too much of a twist. Between too much heat, too much brandy, and too little sense, this “fine dining” experiment nearly ends in disaster. Watch as the boys recover, improvise, and somehow still end up with a killer steak (and a few singed eyebrows).
