This recipe looks very good.👍👍
Erin the corn chowder looks so yummy. Thanks for sharing. Enjoy your produce box. As always you will make good use of everything.
What a shame about the freezer! Glad he got it going again. My worst fear is that my circa 1983 upright freezer in the garage will stop working. Your video makes me glad our home was built with underground electricity. I hope you find a good secondhand shredder. We just bought a wood splitter which had reduced our wood pile a lot. I make “potato” pancakes with shredded zucchini and you can’t tell! As always I enjoy your cooking videos. Have a good week!
Very lucky with that produce box! Are you all set for winter now?
That's a great haul of fruit and veg for 3 euros! I love that you acknowledged an option for vegetarian/vegans when making the soup which sounds delicious but more than anything, I realized I'm going to need a small fortune in the budget for all new kitchen appliances when I move to France! LOL
Your videos are such an inspiration to preserve garden abundance. I especially liked how you made up the shredded zucchini with the peel. Thanks for all you share!
