  1. Chef, where was the love for middle eastern garlic sauce? Same family… just garlic, ice, salt, citric acid and oil brought together with an immersion blender.

  4. Essential viewing for the home chef. Both are healthy and easy make but I’d swap out the canola oil for a different oil. We already get a lot of omega 6 in our diets.
