If you have cookie stencils, you can make this easy Halloween French Toast.

Jackie saw @brightmomentco do this with pancakes last year and now it’s a tradition for just about every holiday!

The boys love it and it never gets old.

Ingredients:
6 slices thick-cut sourdough bread
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon, dash
Pumpkin spice, dash
1/2 tbsp sugar
Butter
Powdered sugar, garnish
Maple syrup, to serve

Instructions:
1. Preheat griddle to medium heat.
2. Add eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and sugar in a medium bowl and whisk until combined.
3. Slice brioche loaf to preferred thickness we did 1 inch.
4. Using shamrock and clover stencil, press hard and fast into the brioche slices to get the shape.
5. Dip in the custard mix on both sides.
6. Add butter to griddle and place shamrocks and clovers on to cook. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side (until brown).
7. Add more butter to each, garnish with powdered sugar and maple syrup. Serve and enjoy!
