Who doesn’t love delicious French Toast with dribbles of maple syrup. This maple syrup was bought from an Amish Farm here at the little town of Harmony, MN. It tasted amazing!

Ingredients:
2 eggs
cinnamon
4 pieces of bread
butter for the pan
powdered sugar
maple syrup
Syrup Recipe: makes 1/4 cup/5 servings
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp vanilla extract or flavoring
1 pinch salt
Directions for syrup: Combine all of the ingredients. microwave 50 seconds. stir. Microwave for another 50 seconds until it boils. stir. Serve hot or let cool.
