Ingredients:
for the crust( for 1 pie crust)
11/2cups All purpose flour
3/4cups powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
150g cold butter
1egg yolk

Apple Filling(for 1 pie):
3-4apple depending on size
100ml heavy cream(double cream)
40g granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
Pinch of cinnamon powder for extra flavour
Apricot jam(for the perfect glaze)

Tip: Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or crème fraîche — heaven!
