I wish a place like Turkey was famous but for some reason it always ends up being Japan or Korea. For example, it is a tradition here that when guests come over, not only Turkish delight but also 50 other things are distributed with the tea and the meal comes with two types of salads and side dishes, appetizers and more. But why them and not us?
