Between 8 and 9 weeks I did one additional seasoning pass with rice bran oil on the center, and the sticking spot there has gotten substantially smaller. My technique still needs some work and there’s a bit more browning than I’d like, but this is still a very acceptable result.

Hi Adam, we had some interaction via Reddit. I see your pan is getting the love it deserves. My pan behaves like that when I cook eggs on it. I used the lowest setting on the gas stove (preheat) splash of oil + a thin pat of butter. Although my pan doesn't have the patina yet.. it's still the OG color even though I use it a few times daily 🤷 Love my Misen pans. TY for the regular updates.. Happy cooking 🧑🍳
