Amazing that the portuguese large culture and importance of popularization of sugar in Europe, not only in food, but, also the use of them in foreign beverages, like tea, coccoa and coffee is not mentioned. That's not a good hint for this documentary. The portuguese are possibly the most rich and exquisite pastry, sweets, desserts and high confectionery creators in the world .
