: Soft Fancy Bread 🍞
Ingredients:
• 550 g bread flour
• 12 g white sugar
• 10 g salt
• 12 g instant yeast
• 280–320 g water (cold or room temperature)
• 35 g oil

Instructions:
1. Mix dry ingredients:
Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well.
2. Add water:
Gradually add 280–320 g of water and start mixing until a rough dough forms.
3. Knead the dough:
Add the oil and knead by hand for about 20 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. First rest:
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
5. Divide the dough:
Divide the dough into equal portions.
6. Second rest:
Let the dough rest for 1 hour until it doubles in size.
7. Prepare for baking:
Lightly spray water on the dough and sift a little flour on top. Score the surface with a blade.
8. Bake:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) with steam. Bake the bread for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
9. Cool and serve:
Let the bread cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy your fresh homemade soft fancy bread!
