  1. It's weird that you really cant find it in America. Mont Blanc is also very popular in Japan, and everywhere else in the world…
    So sad that Americans don't understand it.

  2. It's actually famous all over France, not just in Paris, and the way it's presented makes it sound like he invented it but it's an old desert.

  4. It is NOT made with filo pastry!!! But with buttery shourtcrust pastry and it is popular all over France since the 50s or so
