I’ve been a regular at Mizu for a few years now and their food is excellent. There is so much care and thought behind each and every dish. Not surprised they are on the Top 50 restaurants list. They are one of my Top 10 restaurants in the city. I picked my favourites and curated a 7 course dinner for the Serial Eaters. Here is what we ate.
SALMON YUZU GONDHORAJ & TRUFFLE – 1209/-
gondhoraj yuzu truffle dressing, wasabi crème fraîche
FATTY TUNA TARU TARU – Rs.1676/-
62o egg yolk sauce, mentai bread, black garlic
FIRE GRILLED SCALLOPS – Rs.1620/-
mentaiko butter, miso corn mousse
SHOYU TARE GLAZED PORK BELLY BAO – Rs. 1024/-

Hey Sahil! Still remember you from B69 days. I visited your house to get Bacon Bombs! I am in US now and would love to host you or meet up in Mumbai. 2007-2010 was wild man! Seeing workshop, demonic resurrection, albatross in the packed B69. Those were the days! Remember eating in Sarvodaya restaurant!
