I LOVE Cru Beaujolais! I bought a few bottles of Cru Beaujolais Morgon and it is fantastic!! Not for those who prefer a big Bordeaux or California Cabernet. But a complex wine that defies explanation. Love them!!
Yes. Fascinating area. I attended a class on Beaujolais at a SWE conference a few years ago led by Kate Norris of Division Wine Company. It was fantastic. The soil samples that she brought were very cool.
Been collecting them for a while. If there is a better value than Foillard Fleurie please tell me.
