  1. Perhaps a little harsh on the Location score for Le Train Bleu as it’s in the Gare de Lyon, which is on Metro 1 and 14, two of the better lines. The room is stunning, with a wow factor like the Restaurant at the Musée d’Orsay so a 20 is the only appropriate score. Another informative and balanced presentation!

  2. Just came back from Paris last night. Frequent visitor here 🇬🇧 have been in 3 out of these restaurants- and agree with your reviews. Recently found a Michelin listed (no star yet) restaurant just off place de Madeline. It’s my new favourite- including the price. Thank you for the summary of great video!

  3. Hello i like your videos, i will take this tips on my next trip to Paris, if u have not yet tryed, u should visist L'ami Jean my best bistro so far in the city

  4. Thank you so much for yet another wonderful video. Your videos are a breath of fresh air and a beautiful sanity check in a world seemingly gone mad. Thank you.

  5. I think another category to add is consistency. Are you that consistency after a few visits? That’s how I choose my favorite restaurants as I have been to some great places but when I go back it’s considerably off the mark. Thus most user reviews could reflect that.
    Love the channel!

  6. I know I am being picky but am I reading the bill from Train Bleu correctly? Doesn’t it say that you had poultry? The video shows you having the spectacular looking leg of lamb.

  7. Great video! Someone told me Le Train Bleu is way too expensive for the quality & Bouillon Chartier’s food is cheap but only so-so.
My husband was born & raised in Paris & we usually look for neighborhood restaurants.
