Welcome back to The French Cooking Academy!
In this episode, I’m sharing one of my personal go-to dishes when I’m not filming — a beautifully easy baked salmon crusted with couscous, served with a fresh tomato, olive, and parsley vinaigrette.

It’s light, healthy, and comes together entirely in the oven — no frying pan needed. Perfect for busy weeknights or when you want something delicious without any fuss.

What I love about it:
– Super quick prep and clean-up
– Crispy couscous coating with tender salmon inside
– Fresh light and clean for a lunch

  1. Salmon, whole wheat couscous and bulgar wheat are my favourite.❤ with a green salad, this is right up my street. Thank you ❤❤

  2. I don't think Couscous is a grain but instead a pasta made from Durham Wheat.
    Am I wrong?
Love the channel and am a long time subscriber.

  3. I've been watching for years and have enjoyed your teaching immensely. It's sad seeing your viewership drop off so much. Maybe if you adjusted your upload schedule a bit, that would improve? You tend to post right around dinner time here in the US. The views may improve if you uploaded a few hours earlier.

  4. Nice looking dish. Too bad salmon is prohibitively expensive where I live. Question: Would it ruin the dish to use lemon in place of vinegar for the vinaigrette?
