  1. I did mine on the stove top and the gravy was nice and thick without having to add starch.
    I had already seasoned my cut and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator, just wanted to check a recipe for the cooking method and yours was super easy to follow. I used honey instead of brown sugar and coconut amino instead of the soy sauce. Finger licking delicious! 😋😋

    My potatoes came out too soft, some of them were almost completely mashed into the gravy so next time I think I'll add them after. Otherwise, perfect 👌🏼😘

  2. Used this as my main recipe for the two chuck roasts I made earlier today. Absolutely delicious. Had to use a mix of chicken and beef stock so mine probably has a deeper, beefier taste, but overall it's amazing and I'm glad I stumbled on this video to show me how to do it.

  3. I usually like to choose my meals, but then when I see the price for chuck roast in the grocery store then reality sinks in and then I’m heading over to the Campbell Soup aisle.
