How are you not on MasterChef or some type of cooking show or have cook books making hundreds of thousands of dollars. How are you not more famous with these recipes?
Yeah this is, hands down, the best editing style I’ve seen in a cooking short. The audio mixing done in that perfect, through an old radio/TV, the color saturation being just the right balance to have an almost more natural then nature intensity… Yeah it’s a masterclass in YouTube shorts that feel like there’s serious artistry.
And also that looks delicious I need to make that.

Blending is love. It's purposeful celebration. Careless substitutions are erasure for people and places that disappear already, their food being the last of a people's heart.
People forget about tradition, there is a balance, but do try and indulge in the culture you came from, because if everybody stops trying it then within 200 years nobody even rerembers its name

I don’t understand not wanting to mix and match different influences and cuisines because in every one of them, we can see at least one similar component, technique, even name, to another’s culture. We can see how much they’ve changed and adapted one singular dish over the years and that the same dish now has a totally different version across the continent because it evolved differently.
