    Yeah it’s a masterclass in YouTube shorts that feel like there’s serious artistry.

  12. I don’t understand not wanting to mix and match different influences and cuisines because in every one of them, we can see at least one similar component, technique, even name, to another’s culture.
    We can see how much they’ve changed and adapted one singular dish over the years and that the same dish now has a totally different version across the continent because it evolved differently.
