O queijo do reino,do Brasil,tem origem no queijo edam. Isso porque,na época do império,esse queijo era importado dos Países Baixos,via Portugal,para a família real,no Rio de Janeiro.
I like Mimolette. Its taste kinda reminds me of aged Gouda,but less creamier.
