  1. Aging creates complexity..that's helpful/
    The recipe/foods don't seem to make alot of sense..since they are actually resturant items..
    Its not like I would find a great wine at Subway or Dominoe's../
    I sometimes drink Chablis..and I never chill wine I bring home..
    Matuse and Lancer's were fun when I was young and dating going to a resturant for filet mignon..and the salad bar..
    I mostly drink Cabernet Sauv. and Merlot..
    Pino Grigot I tried once–and I developed wrinkles in my face.
